Final Pre-Shipment Inspection
Final pre-shipment inspection is carried out when the merchandise is fully produced, packed and in all respects ready for shipment.
The final pre-shipment inspection also will be carried out when at least 80% of the goods ordered are export packed. This is a sampling inspection and the samples are selected at random, according to sampling standards and procedures.
The final pre-shipment inspection ensures that the production is in accordance with the specifications, purchase orders or letters of credit.
Remember that you can add a clause in your letter of credit asking for a QC Certificate from Glory that certificate the quality of your production. This would be a good text if you want to include our certificate in your letter of credit:
INSPECTION APPROVAL CERTIFICATE, IN ONE ORIGINAL, ISSUED AND STAMPED BY GLORY QC, CERTIFYING THAT GOODS HAVE BEEN INSPECTED AND ARE IN CONFORMITY WITH THE QUALITY REQUIRED.
